Unfortunately, it’s impossible to remove bad reviews. We recommend responding to those negative reviews from the Springboard. Try to empathize and understand the customer. Invite them to speak with you over the phone to help settle any issues. If customers see that you’re proactive on responding to reviews, it shows you care about your business reputation. They’ll be more inclined to believe your apologies and trust your business. If bad reviews plague your listings, start gathering new reviews to counteract the negativity. Most customers only consider the most recent reviews as an accurate portrayal of your business.
